The Group could enter into a strategic partnership with a major steel house Tata Steel Limited (TSL) through a long term conversion MOA for HC Silico Manganese, HC Ferro Manganese. Under this MOA, TSL supplies Manganese ore and the same will be converted into HC Silico Manganese for captive consumption of TSL at its Jamshedpur Steel plant. The conversion agreement was in effect since 2002-03.

By virtue of conversion MOA with TSL, apart from Manganese ore for conversion, TSL assured the group to fulfill 100% of Manganese ore requirement from Orissa sector low Phos ores.

For the past five years, the group has been maintaining a status of highest quantity supplier to Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for HC Silico Manganese quality products.

Within a span of 20 years from the commencement of business, the company has increased capacity multifold by 20 times.

During this period the company has developed a strong customer base and also successfully maintaining all its customers on a regular basis with its commitment to quality and adhering strictly to the needs of customers
